Disability activist, content creator, model, and speaker Paula Carozzo has emerged as a prominent figure in redefining disability. Diagnosed with cerebral palsy at the age of five following a surgery-related anoxic episode positioned her and her family to consider leaving their vibrant home in Caracas, Venezuela, for more accessible health care and resources in Miami, Florida. While obtaining her Bachelor’s in Public Relations and Business from Florida International University, Paula’s awareness of inaccessibility and stereotypes for those with disabilities heightened, encouraging her to build a platform to fight these ongoing stigmas.

Paula has since garnered recognition as a fervent advocate, redefining disability while reaching a diverse audience and challenging outdated perceptions. Her content creation spans a wide range of topics, including fashion, skincare, lifestyle, and VIP events, empowering her to reshape societal norms. Through her platform, Paula has successfully spearheaded inclusive conversations and continuously fosters connections within the community, garnering recognition from renowned brands such as Google, Clinique, Wells Fargo, Tommy Hilfiger, and Facebook. These collaborations have allowed her to become a powerful champion for adaptive fashion, accessibility, wellness, and inclusive rights. Her expertise and influence have contributed to her as a speaker for several prestigious brands like Google and Maverick, as well as private and public institutions and universities.
