I am a performer with severe hemophilia, and though I spent most of my adult life concealing my condition, I made a public disclosure in 2015 and have been engaging in advocacy for performers with disabilities ever since.

I have been a professional performing artist for over 25 years, working primarily as an opera singer, but in recent years I’ve been hired for film, theatre, musical theatre and narration and have been delighted to discover both that my stage skills from opera translate quite well to other acting work, and that I really enjoy it!
