Nicol Hernandez

Nicol Hernandez is a 27 year old model who was born with Spina Bifida, and uses a manual wheelchair. 

She currently works at Brown University in their disability services office, and is a board member of the Spina Bifida Association of Greater New England. 

She come from a big Puerto Rican family and loves spending time with them, her partner and her friends. She has always been passionate about fashion, accessibility and ensuring that people are aware that the disabled community has a right to feel powerful and beautiful in the clothes they wear. She grew up not seeing anybody that looked like her in social media or on TV, and would love to help change that for future generations.
