Tracy Otto

Tracy is based in Florida and is a manual wheelchair user. She recently complted in the Paralympics in Paris on the archery team. Her boyfriend, and also coach, proposed to her in front of the Eiffel Tower after her competition. Their proposal was featured in international publications, including BBC, and People.

Tracy is a C5-C7 quadriplegic. She's paralyzed from the chest down with little to no hand function and only one eye. Her disability was caused by a brutel domestic violence attach from her ex-boyfriend. She serves an an advocate for domestic violence survivors and for the disability community.
